Returns & Shipping Policies

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday before 2 PM (EST). Orders placed on the weekend or on a national holiday will be shipped until the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. If you have questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office.

RETURNS

You can begin a return within 30 days of purchase. Please return items in original condition they were received, unworn and with all branded packaging. Items marked ‘final sale’ are indeed, final, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending returns. If there is a mistake on the part of DEMARSON, customer will happily be reimbursed.
